For the last 25 years Peter has built and developed muti-million dollar practices from the ground up. Working as both a coach and mentor to over 100 top producing offices in the US and has seen it all. While each practice is unique I did find that most aligned with these three different personas.
Orthontists who focus on patient care and leave their work behind to fully enjoy their time off. Some of these practices have openings in their schedules yet don’t know what to do differently to meet their full practice potential.
Orthodontists who’s practice is constantly on the hamster wheel, always trying the latest things to keep up with the pack. These doctors’ heads are always in the game from sun up to sun down. They are always pushing themselves to be better. Eventually, they hit the wall or become burned out from trying to push their practice past the plateau that all successful practices hit.
The doctor that embraces healthy work-life balance while creating a practice that is more successful than the previous two. They are better at delegating yet keen on accounting. They also play to their strengths yet can surround themselves with competent people to overcome weaknesses.
At Rogue Practice Driver, my goal is to identify your unique practice needs and areas with opportunity for optimization and growth. I specialize in creating custom blueprints and solutions to help relieve common practice pain points.
Some of the common areas I help with are:
Success is reaching your true potential.
The challenge is that most doctors look to the norms or the averages for determining potential. This is perfectly OK if your goal is to be average. However, if your goal is to meet your true potential, which is undoubtably exceptional, the first step in getting there is to understand where you currently are.
As a practice driver, I offer a unique skill set to help doctors understand and work toward their true potential. My methods are far from industry standards, and so are my results.
If you are currently in the third group of orthodontists who have the right work-life balance with a practice working at its full potential, congratulations! You have made it!
If you fall into group 1 or group 2 of practicing orthodontists, I can offer you some insights and coaching to help you meet your true potential while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
